Veteran Horse Showing is the only
affiliated series that caters solely for horses/ponies 15 years and over, of any type or breed,
whether competing In-Hand or Ridden.

Our shows have proved that there is still potential and capability of success with the veteran
horse/pony after the age of 15. Despite the fact that the horses/ponies come from widely different
elements of the equestrian world, they are all able to compete on an equal basis.
As a result of better horse care, facilities, treatments and feeds, horses and ponies are living
longer. Our shows provide an ideal opportunity for our members to extend the careers of their much
loved veterans.
Since 2002 Veteran Horse Showing has been proud to run the series .Now as we reach the
10th year we hope this site will explain a little
more about our series and how you can become a part of it .
